Full update
A milestone told with clarity
A native French and English experience across CAS-UK
Members can now use CAS-UK in the language that feels natural to them — with a clear language switcher, emails in their chosen language, and French support across admin tools, help content, and broadcast messages.
The member problem before this feature
A bilingual community deserves more than occasional translated snippets. Before this update, members often had to work through English-only screens, emails, and announcements even when French would have made payments, onboarding, and support far easier to follow.
What changed
CAS-UK now treats French and English as first-class languages across the member journey. Members can switch language from the portal, receive transactional emails in their preference, and read help pages and broadcast content in the language they chose. Admin teams also get a French-capable back office so content and communications stay consistent in both languages.
- A member-facing language switcher so adults and group admins can choose French or English and keep that preference across sign-in sessions.
- Transactional and campaign emails now respect the member language preference instead of defaulting to English only.
- French-capable admin screens so staff can manage content, settings, and workflows without forcing every action through English labels.
- CMS pages, help articles, and broadcast messages can be authored and delivered in both languages so public guidance and member announcements stay aligned.
Why this matters to the member
The value of this release is belonging through clarity — members should not have to translate the platform in their head while trying to contribute or stay informed.
Choose your language once
The switcher lets members set French or English and return to the same experience every time they sign in.
Emails that match you
Payment reminders, confirmations, and member updates arrive in the language the member selected instead of mixing languages across channels.
French-ready admin work
Staff can work in French across admin tools so support, content, and configuration stay coherent for Francophone members.
Localized guidance and broadcasts
Help pages, CMS content, and broadcast messages can be prepared in both languages so announcements and self-service guidance feel intentional, not improvised.
End-to-end member journey
The bilingual story should feel simple: pick a language, use CAS-UK naturally, and receive every important touchpoint in that language.
Set your language
The member opens the language switcher on the portal and selects French or English. The choice is remembered for future visits.
Use CAS-UK in that language
Menus, forms, help content, and member screens follow the selected language so contributions, wallet actions, and account tasks stay easy to follow.
Get emails in your language
Important member emails — reminders, receipts, and updates — are sent in the same language preference instead of breaking the experience after sign-out.
Read broadcasts and help locally
Announcements, CMS pages, and self-service help can be read in French or English so members never have to guess what an English-only notice meant.
What the member sees on screen
- A visible language switcher on member and GA portals with clear French/English labels.
- Screens, buttons, and form guidance that refresh immediately after a language change.
- Email previews and sent messages that show the member language variant.
- Admin CMS and broadcast editors that support French and English content side by side.
What to do next
- Open your member or GA portal and use the language switcher to set French or English.
- Review a recent email or broadcast in your chosen language and contact support if any message still arrives in the wrong language.
Support and reassurance
CAS-UK serves a bilingual community. This update is designed so language is a member choice, not an obstacle — across the portal, inbox, help content, and the announcements that keep members informed.
