For associations & Group Admins
Register your association and welcome new members online
Whether you are starting a new Cameroonian association on CAS-UK or already lead an approved group, this page explains how Group Admins sign in, register their organisation, and invite members to join without posting spreadsheets by email.
Starting a new association on CAS-UK
Follow these five steps if your group is not yet on the platform.
-
1
Register your group online
A leader completes the registration form with the association name, contact details, and a password for future sign-in.

2
Wait for CAS-UK approval
Your account stays in a limited view until our team confirms the association. You can still sign in to check status.
-
3
Sign in as Group Admin
Use the email address and password you chose when you registered.

4
Invite members with a personal link
From your Group Admin area, create a registration link and share it with members by WhatsApp, email, or at your meetings. Each link ties new members to your association automatically.
-
5
Take part in campaigns together
When a bereavement or hardship campaign opens, you pay contributions for your members from the Group Admin campaign screens.
New association leaders
If CAS-UK does not yet hold a record for your group, register online today. You will receive confirmation by email and can sign in while approval is in progress.
- No need to wait for staff to create your group first.
- If CAS-UK emailed you an invitation, open that message and use the button inside — your details may be pre-filled.
- After approval, the same sign-in details unlock the full Group Admin tools.
Helping members join your group
Once your association is approved, you can send members a secure link so they register themselves online — no spreadsheet required.
- Sign in as Group Admin, then open Registration links in your menu.
- Create a link and share it only with people joining your association.
- Members complete a short form; you can still add people manually if you prefer.
Individual members vs Group Admins
Individual members
- Join through a link from their Group Admin, or register as an individual if they are not in an association.
- Sign in with their personal email and password.
- Pay their own campaign contributions from their member account.
Group Admins
- Register the association or sign in if it already exists.
- Invite and manage members for the whole group.
- Pay campaign contributions on behalf of members when required.
What Group Admins are responsible for
Keeping member contact details accurate so campaign messages reach the right people.
Sharing registration links only with people who belong in your association.
Settling group campaign payments promptly when a member needs support.
Guiding members on membership status, fees, and entitlements with care.
